Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific hardware.
- 2.Package Your Device
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund credit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's serial number and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
